Customer enrolment & registration
The basic NOVOVISION™ registration desk setup includes a workstation, an NFC card reader, and an OCR document scanner for initial enrolment. This process involves creating a new customer record, verifying customer ID against various lists (AML, PEP, government, and casino blacklists), agreeing to terms and conditions, and issuing a non-transferable NFC loyalty card. After registration, customers gain entry by scanning their player card or token at a NOVOVISION™ Interactive Reader Module and undergoing ID verification.
Adding biometrics to the game
For registration with biometric support via face recognition, the customer's facial image is linked to an NFC card or token, which is then used for identification and facial verification. Upon each return, automatic queries run at a NOVOVISION™ Face Recognition Terminal before access is allowed. Customers opting for biometric registration with a fingerprint template can gain fully automated access on subsequent visits with a simple fingerprint scan, eliminating the need for ID presentation.
